I'm Abbey Whitehead, a journalism graduate from SAIT with a deep-rooted passion for telling local stories and shedding light on underreported issues. Through my work, I aim to engage audiences and bring awareness to the voices and stories that make our communities unique.

In addition to journalism, I’m also a cook, an aspiring author, and an enthusiastic photographer. I love connecting with people and hearing their stories, and I'm always eager to find creative ways to bring those narratives to life. With a strong skill set in Adobe programs, Canva, WordPress, and a drive for hard news, I approach every project with dedication and curiosity.
